I Hate Incompetent Bloggers

What are the problems?
Every now and then, when I'm searching for fresh pics or whatever and drop in on a blog in Dataland my computer gets slower as the page gets longer, the side-bar handle gets horter, the picture-counter flips out at around 500 pictures and eventually my browser freezes. Force-quit Firefox, force-quit Safari, kill Opera, erase Explorer one more time. Fun is elsewhere.

Most blogs are
1) too long, pages from here to the moon
2) scaled-down pictures: where a few kbytes are needed huge pics are scaled down
3) scripts, I suppose
4) lost linkages, outdated media

Solution:
Consider who will ever read my writer's diarrhea?
Get some warning stickers: "Beware: Endless page, endless waiting!"
